Computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending is a manufacturing process carried out by CNC press brakes (also known as CNC brake presses).  These machines have the ability and versatility to bend sheet metal work from just a few mm across up to sections meters long on bigger industrial machines.  The CNC Bending Brake provides high productivity in an economical way and enables one to provide our customers with quality projects and the best lead times.

At CNC, we provide a bending process with our state of the art press brakes. Our machines have the ability to produce variety of components without re-tooling, thereby saving in production cost. Our machines have automatic adjusting stops to ensure consistency and accuracy of each product. Precision control and repeatability of all forming operations are maintained to customer required tolerances. Our bending operators are experienced in handling bending challenges, and with the machinery available to them, they work efficiently to transform flat sheets into manufactured components.
